Yeas because everyone still sleeping in beds and not using internet.. I could get max 180 at 3AM during day 60 -80 or up to 100

Huawei Fan Man, 17 hours agowhat speeds u get?I don’t know.

M1077245

I wouldn’t mind 5G, lower ping is always welcome. Current speed on the 4G network here is about 150 Mbps, which is plenty enough for now, but the latency of 29ms could be much improved.

Only one problem. Where are the large, bezel-less flatscreen (I can’t believe this description has to be revived) 5G phones without notches or punch holes?

I can only think of one, the ZTE Axon 30 5G, which isn’t available here…

?

Huawei Fan Man, 2 hours agoI don’t believe you u have 300Mbps on 4G .. prove it by sending Ookla speed results link I live in apartment above the mall.

If i go to the mall around 9 in the morning i could easily got 100mbps-150mbps on 4G

But on the weekend around 12-19. 5mbps-15mbps is the norm.

If there’s any big holiday or big event hosted in the mall. Sometimes i could only send messages on Whatsapp, but can’t watch YouTube.

It is all down to money .. nothing else..

Within year or so, you will have it in the future because it will be at no extra cost

H34836

Solun1, 16 hours agoBuddy, you don’t get it. 4G capable devices can reach about 2000 mbps download speeds. Ye… moreOf course there is content … I play multiplayer games now on my pc which requires high speed internet.. And I am connected via hotspot and 4G I have is max 100-150 but during peek times many ppl using so speed is reduced to 60 -80 f- 100 fluctuating.. I am able to play warzone no problem but occasionally l will loose connection.. With 5G which my OP launched now from this year the wireless multiplayer gaming will be without disconnections ..

So yeah I am hapy with 5G as I pay only £16 quid /month 😉

CptPower, 6 hours agoJesus man you put all my hardwork into a beautifull package containing alreaddy rotten gift i … moreNeboj jezisko I lived in sk: D

I had 4G in the UK already in 2014 2015 .. And nothing came to sk until a few years later

forka was the first to offer 4G and I always cursed that I was tastefully switched to the 4G 3G signal by traveling north; D

in 2017 2018 there was still nothing in Orava .. and there was already nothing in the upper Orava in Námestovo

It depends mainly on the mayor of each city. So expect 5G all over SK in 5 years just like it was with 4G ..

here in the uk there is 5G from 2019 – 2020 i ignored it because the bids were stupid

but now my op smarty from new year started to support 5G without price increase

I pay Sim only £ 16 pounds all unlimited I have a deal for a year now and now I have a deal again for another year £ 16 with 5G. I just had to buy a 5G I tried the Huawei P40 and I had a 700-800 download and a 50 up. so about so

as for rents don’t worry everywhere is expensive here in the uk prices have gone up as well and a 3 room semi house costs £ 700 £ 800 pounds

I have a 3 room house for £ 425 because I have been dealing for many years

It is already better to buy a mortgage house and repay £ 400 £ 500 a month.

so don’t worry about 5G on sk sooner or later;)

amsoft, 5 hours agoturned it offi, battery life is more important to meExactly

Solun1, 16 hours agoBuddy, you don’t get it. 4G capable devices can reach about 2000 mbps download speeds. Ye… moreomg how can u be so naive??

You will never reach your requested speeds.. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

no one wifi can even manage it

what u talking is values on paper NOT real world speeds. all that traffic is spread across 1000 usesr per masts.. c’moon little boy get real

it is all same with IT industry you have

for example NVMe SSD is designed for a PCIe 3.0 interface and fits in a x4 lane, delivering up to 7.9 Gb/s transfer rate and up to 3.9 GB/s throughput

but you will never ever reach those speeds..

i think you need to do more research and more learning

what is advertised on “paper” or labeled as “UP TO” and then measure actual real end user speed.

with 4G mobile network you will max 300Mbps real world never ever more. and I only had one user who claimed 200Mbps max on 4G

5G max speed is 10Gbps theoretical real peak download speed are 700-1000Mbps

What u talking are theoretical never achieveable speeds.

Do learn facts boy 😉

I have 5G on my phone, but it doesn’t feel any practically faster than 4G in general day to day use.

Unless you’ve got an unlimited data plan you’re not going to be downloading huge files on the regular so for casual browsing, videos and the occasional app update, it’s all just marketing into we get unlimited mobile broadband plans.

I get 300Mbit on 4G or pay 50% more to get 500-1000Mbit on 5G. Yeah I don’t need 5G at this time. 5G phone and 5G available.

476632

Well, there should have been another option on the poll.

I have a 5G phone, 5G is available in my country, but not where I live.

4819

turned it offi, battery life is more important to me

T13

No as it user much more battery and only works in the middle of big cities in our country (Sweden)

Also since 4G/4G+ can easily reach 300Mbit the 5G is only really needed when you need lower ping for certain things and over 1Gbit.

Countries that has 5G where 300Mbit is the new standard is getting cheated imo as that speed, you should reach on 4G+/LTE-A which is not 5G or 5Ge

Vegetaholic, 7 hours agoLol. Asia is big region. But most of the countries there don’t have 5g. So you just talk … moreWithout the vast manufacturing capabilities that exist in Asia, your so-called cheap 5G phone would be easily three times the price. Pretty easy to guess who would be the one crying while paying for a 5G phone then. So don’t you talk trash about Asia and Asians. And yes they can afford 5G phones, since it’s all made here, you clown

No need for shitty 5G, just an excuse to sell even more overpriced phones that nobody needs.

Jesus man you put all my hardwork into a beautifull package containing alreaddy rotten gift i can say it this way.

But was funny to read you.

Be happy you not live here. 90% of people live from 600-800 eur a month from which 70% goes to bills. Only rent in Bratislava starts from 250+ for a 3 room flat if is in your pessesion.

If not househsare is from 250 a room in that flat. But trying to image paying 200 000 eurs from 600-800 eur salary is like eintstein theory of relativity and in this case is impossible.

K409175

I really see no point in using 5G right now, even 4G in most countries is not used at full speed. Now 5G is just marketing and battery consuming. Maybe in 2-3 years is going to be mature enough to be used daily, but for now, I’ll pass. Sadly, many people are victims of all this marketing campaigns.
