Unlimited quantity of SIM cards for Ukrainian refugees
Prepaid cards Ežys 10 GB are distributed free of charge in all refugee coordination centres in Lithuania:
- In Alytus – Pramonės st. 1B
- In Marijampolė – Parko st. 9
- In Klaipėda – Paryžiaus Komunos st. 16A
- In Šiauliai – Jablonskio st. 16
- In Vilnius – Minties st. 3
All Ukrainians can also collect Ežys 10 GB SIM cards free of charge at any Telia showroom throughout Lithuania. You can get them for free just by showing your Ukrainian passport.
Free connection between Lithuania and Ukraine
After Russia started the war in Ukraine, Telia Lietuva initiated free communication with this country and its customers. Customers will be able to communicate free of charge between Lithuania and Ukraine until 31 March, inclusive.
Free calls and SMS apply to all Telia Lietuva private and business customers, both when calling or sending SMS from Lithuania to Ukrainian numbers, and for people in Ukraine – they can call and send messages to Lithuania free of charge, receive incoming calls from here, as well as call and send SMS to Ukrainian numbers.
Free calls and SMS between Lithuania and Ukraine apply to Telia Lietuva’s private and business customers with fixed and mobile subscription plans, as well as for users of the prepaid services Ežys and Extra.
Assitance to Ukrainian businesses relocating to Lithuania
From 1 March, Telia Lietuva will do the following for Ukrainian businesses:
- Will not apply installation, activation and administrative fees to all its telecommunications services, including fixed internet, telephony and mobile communications;
- Will not apply monthly charges for mobile services, mobile internet, Microsoft 365 Service Pack, Telia Cloud and Call Centre Services for half a year;
- Will provide the possibility to pay for international calls at wholesale rates for up to 6 months;
- Will provide IT infrastructure relocation consultations.

- Special offers and cost exemptions for Ukrainian businesses relocating to Lithuania, help and consultations regarding the relocation of IT services
- Employee empowerment actions including providing information on donation possibilities and volunteering.
