According to the Canadian eQualit in Ukraine, there is a small risk of disconnecting the country from the external Internet due to the war unleashed by Russia. To avoid this, the company deployed dComms decentralized communication services in Ukraine.
As of today, corresponding servers have already been set up in five Ukrainian cities, which can provide a backup connection for access to instant messengers, social networks and other services.
